Draft notice: Bark Battle is an early-stage, free-to-play project. This page is a starting draft covering the basics, not a substitute for review by a lawyer — especially given the game involves real-money prizes (the Daily ETH Race) and a planned token. Treat the contents below as provisional until formally reviewed.

1. Who can play

Bark Battle is intended for players who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, if higher). If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to play, and to receive any prize payout.

2. The game is free to play

Creating an account and playing matches is free. No purchase is ever necessary to play, earn Reward Points, or participate in the Daily ETH Race leaderboard.

3. Reward Points, Bark Coin, and prizes

Reward Points are earned by playing and winning matches. They have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred.
The Daily ETH Race pays out a small ETH prize to the top players on the daily leaderboard, sent manually by the Bark Battle team to the wallet address a player saves in their Reward Wallet. Payouts are not automatic or instant.
$BARK ("Bark Coin") is a planned token on Robinhood Chain. It has not launched yet. Any conversion rates, dates, or allocations shown in the app are estimates and subject to change until the token is live.
Only verified points (from server-checked World matches) can be converted to $BARK. The current planned rate is 1,000 verified points = US$1 worth of $BARK at the live token price, with a minimum withdrawal of US$5 (5,000 points). New points are held for 2 full days, accounts must be at least 48 hours old, and one withdrawal is allowed per 24 hours. The blockchain network (gas) fee for sending your $BARK is paid by you and is deducted from the withdrawal amount. Withdrawals are reviewed and sent by the Bark Battle team, so they are not instant.
We reserve the right to withhold a prize, disqualify an account, or adjust leaderboard results if we find clear evidence of cheating, botting, multi-accounting, or abuse of the matchmaking/voice system. A banned account loses its leaderboard places, stops earning verified points, and forfeits any pending or unclaimed withdrawals.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know if you think someone else has accessed it.

5. Microphone and voice data

Bark Battle uses your device microphone to measure bark volume during matches. Audio is processed to detect loudness; we do not sell recordings of your voice. See the Privacy Policy for details on what's actually stored.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use bots, scripts, or automated tools to fake bark volume or match results. Don't harass other players in voice chat or the lobby chat. Don't attempt to exploit bugs for points, prizes, or unfair advantage — report them to us instead.

7. No warranty

Bark Battle is provided "as is," in active development. Features (including the Daily ETH Race and Bark Coin) may change, pause, or be removed as the game evolves.
